How do I get rid of this without seeing a doctor?
So yeah, “crusty” nipples…. This seems to be the cause of my problem:
The most common cause of cracking and crusting of the nipple is irritation and dryness from friction, sometimes called “jogger’s nipple” since the condition is often seen in runners and athletes. During exercise, prolonged contact with fabric from a brassiere or clothing can result in nipple soreness and then thickening and scaling. Occasionally with persistent rubbing, a slight clear or yellowish nipple discharge can also occur. You don’t have to be active in sports for this to happen though. Friction from any source, such as a rough or poorly fitting bra can cause it.
Would “Baby Oil Gel” work for this??
i think it would work and i know just how you feel.i asked my doctor this question about my vargaina and he asked to look at it cuz i was embarressed my doc is guy.
